Prior owner states this SS is an original early production L79, (number 3790721), however, we do not have the original build sheet. Heads are 2.02 valve camel hump #462 casting. The driveline is newer and the 12 bolt posi also appears to be original. The engine and Muncie 4 speed were overhauled in 2015 and has only been driven to car shows and perhaps an occasional Sunday drive since that time. We do not know if the engine is original to the car, however, when overhauled, many of the parts were NOS GM replacement parts including the 350hp camshaft. The body is straight and the paint looks nice but could use a bit of love. Interior looks good for the cars age. The stereo is newer with Ipod USB hookup, four speakers and an amplifier in the trunk. The SS has power steering and which definitely makes it easier to enjoy while driving. The car received a new drive line, windshield, seals, door panels and carpet. The rare woodgrain steering wheel is in excellent condition with no cracks. the SS does have subframe connectors and aftermarket A arms for drivability
